How to sync Office 365 calendar with Setmore
Activating 1-way sync is simple:
- In Setmore, head to Settings > Staff. Select the staff member you want to sync.
- Copy the URL at the bottom of the staff profile page.
- Log into Office365, go to ‘Calendar’ and right-click ‘Your Calendars’.
- Choose ‘Open Calendar’, paste the URL copied earlier and click ‘Open’
2-way Office 365 calendar sync is exclusive to the Pro and Team plans:
- Log into Setmore and head to Settings > Staff. Select the staff member you want to sync
- In the ‘Office 365 Sync’ section, flip the switch to the ‘On’ position.
- A new window will appear. Sign in with your Office 365 details.
- Choose the Office 365 calendar you would like to sync. Click ‘Activate Sync’.

Can I update my Setmore calendar from Office 365 with 2-way sync?
Yes! 2-way sync enables you to make changes to your Setmore calendar from Office 365. You’re given extra flexibility to manage your schedule from either platform. 1-way sync only exports events from Setmore to your Office 365 Calendar.
Does the Office calendar integration sync recurring events as well?
Yes, but only recurring appointments booked through Setmore. Recurring or multi-day events from Office 365 calendar do not import into Setmore. Read our support guide on 2-way calendar sync for more information.
